Bytesloader is minimalistic and straightforward torrent downloader, which works in one single input element inside of your browser of choice. The main and only feature is to download torrents on your behalf from Bytesloader servers.
This downloading is called fetching, and its speed depends on the number and quality of seeds and the technology, that is used for downloading on the servers. The fact that it is done somewhere else works as a layer of protection for the end-user because your IP is not part of the downloading. That can be lifesaving if you are in a country where laws are against torrenting. In addition to this service, it is theoretically possible to break geolocation ban with it because the downloading servers don’t share your IP address, and they can’t be banned. However, I have never heard about geographically prohibited torrent content, and you would need a working link to a file for this workaround, which might not be practically possible.

The fetching speed depends on technology client that Bytesloader uses and on a number of seeds and quality of these seeds. By quality, I mean any speed limitations, any downloading restrictions or more. I tested this speed with a lot of files that ranged from 150 seeds to 12 seeds and results are around 1 MB per second for highly seeded files and approximately 0.2 MB per second for smaller amount of seeds on BitTorrent network. These are with current market average numbers for fetching.
Bytesloader currently handles only magnet links as a way of adding a download to fetch. Fortunately, there is a way of help if you don’t have a magnet link. In the footer of every Bytesloader page is a link to their handy converter, which converts direct links and uploaded a .torrent file to magnet links, which you can copy and then post to add torrent input. Then your fetching will start.
Fetching ends with your file in your cloud storage that you are provided from Bytesloader. The storage is accessible from computers, laptops and even with mobile devices. But my test on iPhone X, Blackberry Playbook and Pixel 2 XL showed me a few flaws in user experience. Pop-ups do a lot of user interactions, and these can cause issues. I advise using a computer with Bytesloader. You can see the files in a dropdown list, or a file manager view. You’ll spend a few seconds with figuring out how that works. If you download a video, an audio or an image file, you can check it online.
The video and the audio players are limited only for premium users. Video player is good and has a quality change option, which is handy if you use it with mobile data. Currently, there is no subtitle support, which I hope will change in the future because it is a great feature for everyone. Premium accounts can access a synchronization to other cloud storages like Google Drive. That is handy because, in it, you can rename your file, move it around, and more. It is a great workaround for the features that Bytesloader doesn’t have.
Speaking of function, creators currently have made three browsers extensions for automatization torrent downloading into two or three clicks, which makes the whole experience more accessible. You can add their extension to the Chrome browser, which is the most used and most popular one. There is also a version for Opera and Firefox as well, which work similarly to Chrome one. To find them, you need to visit their Facebook page because it is the primary source of information.

You can download your files to your computer as well. You can download a single file or the whole folder in Zip format. Bytesloader servers are located somewhere in Europe, or at least there I found the best download speeds. I rate their download speed as average because on some geographical location you will experience huge drops (like New Zealand), and somewhere the drop is only small or even almost insignificant.
In sum up, Bytesloader has an average rating because of the following stars. For their download and fetching speed, they get 2 out of 5 stars rating. The cloud storage and all parts of the service gained 4 out of 5 stars. Last, but not least, their security is average 3 out of 5 stars.
